Meeting The Boss (tags: Joey and Cale)

He wore a half-hearted smile at her words. "He was a pretty great guy, a bit on the trusting side, but a great guy..." He said, before looking back over at her.

"I always knew he was happy with you." He said, before sighing.

"It's getting late, Parker." He said, looking out the window again. He stepped away from the window and went back to his desk.

"Where's that paper you wanted me to sign for your party?" He asked, grabbing his pen.

Jessica nodded and pulled out the papers. "Here you are." She placed them on the desk. "I have most of the planing done I just need to take care of scheduling everything. You and everyone else needs to do is come and have fun. Audrey is going to help me with lighting but other then that everything is going to be handled out of house." She smiled.

Joseph signed the papers, before sitting back down in his chair. "All right, there you are. Hope this works out, Parker." He said, leaning back in his chair, with his arms crossed.

Jessica nodded taking the papers. "Thank you very much." She grinned.

Joseph smirked back at her before standing up. "Now, then if you don't mine..." He said, walking over to the door.

"I'll be heading to bed. If you want I can escort you back to your room, seeing as our rooms are next to each other." He said, opening his office door.

Jessica nodded. "Well thank you very much. That's out of characterly gentlemanly of you." She grinned at him jokingly.

"Eh, it's late, I'm sure I'll be less of a gentleman to you tomorrow after a good night sleep." He said, shrugging his shoulders in a joking manner.

Once they were out of his office, he locked the door and they were off.

Jessica grinned and chuckled. "I'm sure you will. And I'm getting tired too. So off to bed we go." She organized the papers in her arms as they walked.
