Jessica had finished putting Tianna to bed, but she herself couldn't rest. She was upset and needed a work out so that she would be dead tired when she went to bed. If she was lucky she wouldn't have any nightmares if she was exausted enough.
She had changed into some of her old training clothes which still fit her well and she went to the practice room. She began with a basic warm up and began streaching her body to prepare for her more difficult moves.
She used the balancing bare and went up on her toes. She then began streaching her right leg up over her body so she was doing a split in the air she toes straight as she held herself.
